We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing advanced tracking and control solutions. This position is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a broad system-level perspective and enjoys leading complex development efforts from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical activities for advanced tracking and control system development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination across engineering disciplines.

  • Manage R&D project schedules, resources, budgets, and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting design reviews, system demonstrations, testing activities, and project integration efforts.

  • Define and maintain overall system architecture for complex multidisciplinary systems.

  • Develop and oversee system, hardware, and software requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Participate in system integration, verification, validation, and performance testing activities.

  • Support electrical and interface design between system components and subsystems.

  • Collaborate closely with software, hardware, mechanical, and integration teams to ensure successful system implementation.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

  • Additional studies or certification in Systems Engineering is an advantage.

  • 2-5 years of experience in multidisciplinary product development environments.

  • Experience managing technical projects across multiple phases of development.

  • Strong background in requirements definition, specification writing, and technical documentation in English.

  • Experience in complex system architecture and design.

  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn independently.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Advantages

  • Experience with communications, networking, or satellite-based systems.

  • Familiarity with control systems, motion control, servo technologies, or feedback algorithms.

  • Exposure to RF systems, embedded software, or real-time software environments.

  • Experience working with integrated hardware-software-mechanical systems.
