We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer with 6-12 years of experience to create clear, user-friendly documentation for innovative healthcare, medical device, biotech, and life sciences products. If you enjoy simplifying complex technology and working with modern AI-powered authoring tools, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Job requirements

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated industry.

  • Strong experience with Oxygen XML (essential).

  • Knowledge of structured authoring, CCMS platforms, and content management.

  • Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, biotech, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Knowledge of Docs-as-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML.

  • Understanding of ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA, MDR/IVDR, GDPR, and HIPAA.
