Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to support advanced semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle, from development and silicon bring-up to high-volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product engineering activities from development through production.
Optimize manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and test processes to improve quality, reliability, and scalability.
Lead product qualification and reliability programs.
Analyze manufacturing and yield data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.
Lead failure analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Drive cost reduction efforts while maintaining product quality and reliability.
Job requirements
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, CMOS technologies, and product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
Experience with product qualification, reliability testing, and data analysis.
Familiarity with semiconductor packaging, assembly, and failure analysis methodologies.
Experience with statistical analysis, DOE, and yield improvement.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with electrical test (ET) analysis.
Hands-on failure analysis experience.
Knowledge of ASIC/VLSI design flows.
Experience with Python, Perl, TCL, or similar scripting languages.
Experience working with external manufacturing and assembly partners
