Location: Migdal Ha’Emek

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to support advanced semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle, from development and silicon bring-up to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product engineering activities from development through production.

  • Optimize manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and test processes to improve quality, reliability, and scalability.

  • Lead product qualification and reliability programs.

  • Analyze manufacturing and yield data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.

  • Lead failure analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Drive cost reduction efforts while maintaining product quality and reliability.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Product Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, CMOS technologies, and product lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.

  • Experience with product qualification, reliability testing, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with semiconductor packaging, assembly, and failure analysis methodologies.

  • Experience with statistical analysis, DOE, and yield improvement.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with electrical test (ET) analysis.

  • Hands-on failure analysis experience.

  • Knowledge of ASIC/VLSI design flows.

  • Experience with Python, Perl, TCL, or similar scripting languages.

  • Experience working with external manufacturing and assembly partners
