Description:

We're seeking an experienced Product/R&D Lead to drive the development and success of advanced semiconductor products. This position combines customer engagement, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to bring innovative solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life

• Serve as the primary customer interface, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities

• Gather market and customer requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and specifications

• Act as a key link between customers, business teams, and engineering

• Lead technical and commercial discussions to support product adoption and business growth

• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure successful product execution and timely delivery

• Support product planning, budgeting, and pricing activities

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry

• Proven experience managing complex semiconductor products and driving business results

• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical and business decisions
