Pre-Dispatch Inspector - Industrial Machines

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Dispatch Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting final quality inspections on finished products before dispatch, ensuring that all items meet company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive tests on completed machines to verify performance, safety, and compliance with specifications

• Compile PDI reports, checklists, and related documentation to ensure quality compliance

• Lead quality meetings and conduct inspections of fitted components, parts and assemblies to detect and prevent defects

• Manage the allocation of serial plates, ensuring correct identification and traceability

• Verify product quality, specifications, labeling, and packaging

• Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a similar role

• Experience interpreting detailed procedural manuals, technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints - advantage

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in basic computer applications and record keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
