We are seeking a Hands-on Cloud DevOps Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a cutting-edge Cybersecurity SaaS platform. In this role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers, define technical strategy, and drive cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong focus on security, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a DevOps team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Manage complex cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancing, and security controls in multi-cloud environments.
Drive infrastructure automation and IaC adoption using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Own production operations, including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and service stability.
Act as the escalation lead during critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business impact.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies, including regular testing and recovery planning.
Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives without compromising security, performance, or availability.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
Drive capacity planning, scalability initiatives, and the adoption of emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership of technical teams.
Hands-on expertise managing AWS, Azure, and/or GCP production environments at scale.
Strong background in cloud networking, infrastructure architecture, automation, and IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD).
Proven experience supporting mission-critical SaaS platforms in 24/7 production environments.
Extensive experience leading incident response, major incident management, root cause analysis, post-mortems, problem management, and production change/update processes.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively lead teams through high-severity outages and service disruptions.
Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
