Responsibilities

  • Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements

  • Set up and attending project kick-off meetings

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date

  • Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations

  • Support and manage QA reports

  • Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices

  • Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related Bachelors degree - Strong Advantage

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
